The Site allows you to apply for open roles at JoboraHub. Submitting an application:
- Does not create an employment contract or guarantee an interview, response, or offer.
- Is voluntary — you can decline to provide any information at any time, but we may not be able to evaluate your application without certain details.
- Confirms that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it (e.g., portfolio links, case study materials).
We reserve the right to reject any application for any lawful reason, or no reason at all.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware, performing denial-of-service attacks, or attempting unauthorized access.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without our written permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Site.
- Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm others.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, code, and the underlying design — are owned by JoboraHub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes (including evaluating an application). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
If you submit content to us (e.g., portfolio materials, case studies, written responses), you retain ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of evaluating your application.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (e.g., font hosting, image hosting, analytics). We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
7. Disclaimers
